My Understanding of Multimedia.

-Multimedia is the use of a computer or any devices that present and combine text, graphics, audio, and video with links and tools that allow the user to navigate, interact and communicate with others. 

Multi media has a huge impact on todays educational system as a result of a modernization. Many student's rely on multimedia for information purposes. It helps us to improve our learning for it has an accessible information for all that can be use especially for student. According to the research conducted by Allen in 1998 he determine the effectiveness of multimedia software in the academic achievement of a sample of Texas University students in the microorganism curriculum, knowledge retention, and attitudes toward using multimedia computers in teaching the microorganism course. The study sample consisted of 76 students who were evenly divided into two groups: control and experimental. The results of the 16-week study revealed statistically significant differences in academic achievement, knowledge retention, and attitude toward computers in favor of the experimental group who studied using the multimedia method over the control group who studied using the traditional method.

How do I use multimedia?

-I use it in means of communication, study, and entertainments. Multimedia helps me to connect to my love ones even though they are afar from me. With multimedia I can watch movies, vlog, anime, etc. I also play in my leisure time. This has also a huge part of my studies for this help me to acquire information through google and websites.

What do I think is the significance of Multimedia?

-Multimedia nowadays play an important role in society because this is the number one tool that is used in communication. It also has a lot of things that you can do in multimedia. You can watch, play, and make a video, edit, or anything that a multi media covered. As a result of modernization multimedia become a convenient thing that people used in their daily lives.
